In your role as a DS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust DS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system engineers, testers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into scalable DS solutions. Your expertise will help us leverage DS technologies effectively, ensuring our products are powerful, user-friendly, stable, reliable, and secure in mission-critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

As a DS Developer at [xxxxx] R&D, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at driving the development and optimization of our DS solutions. You will be at the heart of our efforts to ensure that our DS solutions are scalable, reliable, and innovative. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be expected to stay current with the latest DS technologies and industry trends, continually bringing new ideas and best practices to the table. Additionally, you will mentor and guide other team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Design and develop scalable DS solutions, including infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.
  • Work closely with software developers, system engineers, testers, and product managers to develop business requirements and deliver integrated DS solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of DS solutions through continuous optimization and innovation.
  • Stay current with DS technologies and industry trends, evaluating and integrating new tools and techniques as needed.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices for DS development and deployment.
  • Implement, test, and maintain machine learning models in a production environment, ensuring they meet performance, stability, and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate on data engineering efforts to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of education, experience, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and innovation. You should be adept at working with complex datasets, building and deploying machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive DS solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges are essential. Strong communication skills are also crucial, as you will need to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a DS developer in data science.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to interpreting complex data and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
