To support the continued growth, we are now looking for a People Data Analyst who would like to drive projects aiming at developing and optimizing organizational performance together with the business.
With direct reference to our Head of HR & Recruitment, you will become a part of our HR team consisting of 8 dedicated colleagues, who are eager to create value for the organization. Together we handle a broad area of responsibilities as we strive to create results that brings more value to the business.
A job with focus on supporting the data driven mindset
In the newly established position as People Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in facilitate a data-driven culture within the HR function and support the business with valid and trusted data-driven insights. Ways of retrieving and displaying HR data is changing and you will therefore have an important role in shaping the future landscape.
More specific your key tasks and responsibilities are:
• To develop a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities as well as integrated workflows and processes
• Generel support in executing initiatives and strategic objectives
• To contribute to optimization and improvements in the use of our HR data
• To create automated data validations and solutions to ensure high data quality
• To gather, analyze and apply relevant business data to optimize performance
Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, Psychology or similar. Additionally, you have minimum 3 years of experience working in a global position with a strong focus on e.g. analytics, job roles & responsibilities and compensation.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
• Are experienced within quantitative data and have a critical sense for numbers as well as flair for data processing in Excel
• Have experience within project management and demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
Furthermore, it will be considered an advantage if you have experience with ERP systems.
As a person you are analytical by nature and love working with data. You are attentive to details and take pride in delivering excellent quality. You are self-motivated, proactive and problem-solving focused person with high understanding of stakeholder management principles.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
