Therefore, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join our Heat/Cooling productions.
With direct reference to our PT Manager, you will be a part of our PT team which is currently consisting of 18 colleagues. You will be a part of a team where challenging tasks, cross team cooperation, high technical skills, and an informal work environment and tone is key. The team handles implementation and optimization of products, machines and processes across the Heat/Cooling productions. We work towards ensuring high quality of our products, as well as ensuring high uptime in the production.
A job with focus on cooperation and data quality
In the position as Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our master data for products and production in our ERP system, IFS. You will have a leading role in handling the daily trouble shooting of master data issues and be the key partner for the Production Technology team and other departments for ensuring correct production data, though focus tasks and ongoing projects. All this in order to secure that the production is running as planned, based on correct routings, master data and SOP documentation.

We imagine that you are educated as Production Engineer, Production Technologist, or other relevant education. Alternatively, you have a few years of experience from a similar role, combined with documented skills in operating an ERP system.

- Maintain and ensure correct production master data for our products
- Maintain and update routings for products and master level data for locations in the factory
- Ensure that SOP documentation for shop floor colleagues, related to master data is updated
- Coordinating tests of new or updated parts in our production

- Broad knowledge of related technical production systems, including IT, as well as general processes within industrial production
- Experience in troubleshooting within a production IT or ERP system. Additional knowledge of IFS is an advantage.
- Good knowledge and understanding about terms like Routings, Productivity, Tact time, SOP etc.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
