Jump-start your career with the NNIT Future Specialist Program focusing on DevOps and you will during the 24 months program acquire capabilities to become a skilled DevOps consultant.
You will work with implementing agile processes within IT development and get the opportunity to build a unique professional foundation. The foundation is built on an exciting and challenging everyday life.Combined with a unique educational program along the way. You will expand your toolbox and receive hands-on training and specialized mentoring.
The training program is prepared in collaboration with the company Readynez, which specializes in creating the IT staff of the future with their unique training concepts. The training has been organized to ensure that you will get qualified in the right technical direction.

As part of this program you will access a huge professional network in NNIT and with our customers. You can expect to get close to our customers and their business and you will be able to add value from day one. The program is set to start in October 2019
Who are you?
We expect that you have completed a Master's degree (or are about it) with a strong foundation in IT and that you have some experience in programming.
We are looking for candidates who can bring new perspectives. Therefore, it is especially important that you have; A burning curiosity, a natural urge to create, an extremely great interest in the latest technologies and a passion for working with the IT industry's most complex projects.
You have worked with object-oriented programming at school, or in a student job: You therefore know little about C # or Java, and knowledge of one or more source code systems (Git, TFVC) will be an advantage. You have become familiar with scripting or automation and may have experience with PowerShell or Bash and Knowledge of one or more cloud providers
Most importantly, however, your passion lies in exploring the programming field and making a difference for NNIT's customers, as well as having a natural interest in being up-to-date so you can keep up with yesterday's technology obsolete today.
After completing the program, you will continue your career in NNIT as a DevOps consultant.
What can you expect?
The Future Specialist DevOps program lasts 24 months during which you will:
Everything from tooling and process support to spreading the DevOps culture. As part of the agile platform team, you will support agile development teams with e.g. an automated build and deployment pipeline.
You can also be part of one or more of the agile development teams. Here, curiosity to find and analyze critical errors is an important characteristic. You will get hands on experience with a lot of the technologies of the future and you can have a big part in deciding which ones are relevant to use in NNIT towards their customers.
In the long run, you will be trained to act as a professional consultant with NNIT's clients.
We interview candidates continuously. Therefore we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.

- Deep-dive into DevOps methodologies and delivery models
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor to support your development
- Apply your knowledge to real-life projects adapted to your capabilities
- You will work on building / developing platforms that support the Agile development teams.
