European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. At European Energy, the human resources department focuses on creating the best employee experience for our people. We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR analyst to support our human resources team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. In this role, you would respond to Head of HR, but also collaborate with the other four HR team members. If you are a skilled people analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you.
As our new HR data analyst, you will be working with collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics and statistics from a variety of sources including the human resource information system. You will be involved in the guiding and/or assisting with benefit, and compensation review and provide support for preparation of annual cycles such as salary review, performance management etc.
Tasks
- Create reports based numerical data sources
- Design and manage employee surveys
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Gathering benchmark work data about jobs, compensation and benefits
- Data intelligence on recruitment trends and patterns
- Maintain and update employee data within our HR system
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Professional skills we expect from you
- You hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field required
- You are an expert user in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain nuanced concepts into simple and intuitive communications
- Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
