Senior Vice President – Solution & Service Delivery

The strategic ambition of Solution & Service Delivery is to support Kamstrup’s Business Areas’ internationalisation and growth strategies with strong system deployment and service and operations via local, regional, and global solution and service delivery capabilities. In addition, Kamstrup wants to further develop solutions and services that helps utilities to optimize the production and distribution of energy and water.

As Senior Vice President for Solution & Service Delivery you will play a central role in Kamstrup’s strategic roadmap. You will be responsible the roll out of large customer projects and systems in addition to delivering services that ensure customer satisfaction focusing on value realisation for the customers.

With direct report to the Executive Board, you will be in charge of the fast growing Solution & Service Delivery Division, and a member of the Senior Management Team in Kamstrup. You will lead a growing global organisation that today has +170 employees in Denmark, Sweden, USA, Norway, Finland, Austria and Germany, with the budget for approx. 25 new positions in 2022.

In addition, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Strategy development and execution
• Continuously develop a strong team of leaders and professionals within the organisation
• Secure agile and effective scalability of the organisation and systems
• Ensure effectiveness, efficiency, quality and profitability of customer projects and services
• Secure tight cooperation between the Solutions & Service Delivery, Kamstrup’s Business Areas and other functions

Kamstrup strives to exceed customer expectations in the focus areas, why they have organised

Solution & Service Delivery into five functions Global Service & Operations, Global System Deployment, Business & System Excellence, Service Transition and Process & Knowledge Excellence. In these functions, they cover customer support, service operations, technical consulting, service hosting, product services, device exchange management, radio planning, test centre, project management, sample test and invoicing etc.

Your qualifications are a deep commercial and technical understanding with several years of experience from a similar position, in a global company with a strategic focus on large scale customer projects and expanding a customer services delivery organisation.

You possess a solid toolbox and have a proven track record within business leadership in an international setting – leading leaders and several teams and departments.

You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.

You have a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and/or Engineering.

You are a person with strong communication skills both external when interacting with customers and internal when motivating your team, employees and other colleagues. Furthermore, you are result-oriented, have a strong drive and are passionate about delivering high-quality and world class solutions and services to our customers that impacts the green agenda.
