Dine opgaver
Your overall task is to set the strategic course by developing, implementing, and aligning the Phillips-Medisize strategy in Global Innovation & Development, EU. You will lead the continued growth and development of the platform and contract development manufacturing organization to meet the requirements of the market. You will lead an international organization defined by entrepreneurship and efficiency. You will join the global leadership team as you will collaborate with all the other global sites and have the overall responsibility for the Danish site. The goal of the development organization is to become more global and enhancing opportunities. Your most important tasks are to:
- Lead the local management team.
- Ensure seamless cooperation between Development, Manufacturing Development and Production.
- Champion transformational change including Integrating Global Innovation & Development, EU further into the rest of the Phillips-Medisize, Molex organization, including mitigating cultural and system differences.
- Lead and drive interactions and cooperation with other Phillips-Medisize sites.
- Be an active leader and voice in the Global Innovation & Development Management Team.
- Play an active role in commercial activities and in the dialogue with customers including understanding the markets we are in and partnering with sales and marketing to ensure there is a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Align the Global Innovation & Development, EU strategy and vision with the overall Phillips-Medisize vision and ensure the organization can deliver on investments.
Din profil
- You have already demonstrated that you can lead and develop a business on a similar scale; either within the medical (device) or pharma industries with financial responsibility, preferably from a large, international corporation.
- You have extensive management experience as well as experience with complex project management.
- You are a leader of change who thrives in a large matrixed organization. You excel in stakeholder management.
- You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and you are open to being challenged yourself.
- You are a strong and commercial leader who is able to see and utilize possibilities in the market as well as internally in the organization. Your previous experience and your intercultural awareness enable you to understand the group structure and to navigate in an international environment.
- Global Innovation & Development, EU is located in Struer and Virum and it is important that you are willing to present at both locations on a regular basis.
