You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 250 highly skilled project employees. By joining a global company, you can expect some work-related travelling, approximately 1-2 weeks yearly, but your daily work will take place in the Kalundborg area.

How you might spend your days
As Assisting Project Director Site Management, you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by securing a safe construction/commissioning site delivering high quality on-time and will:
- secure that we prioritize safety by demonstrating clear leadership in this respect.
- comply with regulatory requirements, secure that AMK (B) role is integrated on site.
- adhere to the strategy in the Construction/Commissioning areas according to NNE’s overall strategy.
- be involved in the management of site management, construction planning, plan of construction resources, time and economy according to customer requirements and expectations.
- approve allocation and prioritization of key resources in collaboration with Line- and Project Management.
- ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards and methods, including Our Model, are the basis for execution as applicable.
- help secure that the site management teams are organized in a way that allows full utilization.
- support the develop and implementation of robust commissioning strategies together with the commissioning manager.
- focus on individual’s ability to grow their skills and develop the tools they need for business growth.

- are highly experienced and highly qualified within Site, Construction, Commissioning & Safety Management.
- have a solid leadership background and experience from similar position and working with project teams.
- thrive in inspiring and developing highly skilled staff and further develop the site management discipline.
- have an understanding of project governance structures.
- are experienced working closely with customer Project & Construction managers and key project team members.
- have good stakeholder management skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site.
- assist customers in understanding project deliverables and consequently resource/competence requirements.
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Site & Construction management, primarily from pharma & biotech industries.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring and controlling of project costs and performance as well as proactive opportunity / risk management
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar.
- A proven history on effective delivery of complex and large volume construction projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal Group guidelines and requirements.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (fluent in Danish is a plus).
