This will be achieved in collaboration with colleagues within the Technology Group and across Milestone.

The Role
As the Vice President for System Architecture and Platform Engineering, you will play an important role in the execution of Milestone’s ambitious Technology and Product Strategy. You will be instrumental in driving the architectural vision, streamlining processes, and overseeing the development and rollout of the internal developer platform and practices.

You will be part of the Technology Leadership Team and will refer directly to Milestone’s Chief Technology Officer, Rahul Yadav.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and/or process management, with a minimum of 5 years in a
    leadership role.
  • Worked with or led products and teams responsible for loosely coupled microservices-based architectures.
  • Wide-ranging understanding of modern tech stacks for SaaS products.
  • Significant experience with modern CI/CD toolchains and practices.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale architectural projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Transformed architecture and ways of working in large companies.
  • Solid understanding of modern software product development processes/tools/mindset.
  • Solid experience in leading teams and products in a complex environment.
  • International working experience, possessing a good understanding of cultural differences, references and ways of working.
