Are you ready to embark on an adventure in the dynamic world of medical technology? We are seeking a result-driven individual to join our team as VP of sales. This is not your average VP position - it's an opportunity to shape the future of hearing healthcare and make a significant impact on a global scale.

As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for Interacoustics. This includes setting sales targets, establishing sales territories, and identifying key market opportunities. Tracking sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition rates, is part of the role. You will utilize sales data and analytics to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize sales performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners is crucial. You will work closely with your teams to identify and pursue new customer opportunities and negotiate distributor contracts. Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs is essential. You would conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of growth and customer need, assess competitive positioning, and provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.
In addition to the world-wide distribution set-up you will be heading up 4 local departments:

Qualifications and profile
- Proven leadership experience. Preferably from a larger company with worldwide sales
- Proven international sales experience, working with distributors and developing markets
- Cand.Merc, MBA or similar commercial education
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Your leadership is characterized by guiding and motivating employees to contribute with their best efforts towards achieving Interacoustics’ goals. Inspiring and influencing individuals and teams, providing clear direction, and fostering a positive work environment
