Do you have a track record as a CEO, Managing Director, Plant Director with strong commercial mindset, CSO with strong understanding of production and processes or similar with proven results, and do you want to take the next step in your career? Then you could be the candidate we are looking for.
Build scalability for profitable growth
As the CEO you will set the overall direction of the company and be responsible for securing the structural and organisational framework necessary to achieve the company's growth ambitions through further professionalisation in structures and processes. The structural platform (ERP) is in place and implemented, which creates the base for the KPI’s that facilitate efficient implementation and tracking of progress.
Your focus is to maintain and further develop the company's customer-oriented focus while emphasising leadership, cost effectiveness, profitable growth as well as contributing synergies to the other companies in the Group. In addition, you must work actively to develop cooperation with strategic customers, business partners and suppliers.
Industrial profile with execution power and commercial mindset
As a minimum you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering or similar. You have built substantial experience from an international production company. You are ambitious and have the courage and drive to take the next step in your career. You are capable of creating the right conditions in terms of systems, processes and management style that supports growth ambitions and scalability. In addition, your personality enables you to create long-term business relationships based on good customer experiences and trust, as you understand how to create synergies internally across functions.
You have strong analytic skills and have a strategic mindset, and you translate strategy into action and ensure commitment in the organisation. You are robust, persistent, and goal-oriented with a high drive. With your inclusive management style, you show the direction and motivate your organisation to ensure constant progress and development. In addition, you master Danish and English at negotiation level.
