To strengthen our leadership team and help set the direction of the future of our environmental area, we are looking for a Vice President to join our team. In the Environment, we have 140 team members working alongside our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects within the environmental area. We cover a broad range of disciplines within the environmental area – among these are Acoustics, HSE, soil & sediments, resources & waste, groundwater, and LCA.

We cover a broad range of disciplines within the environmental area – among these are Acoustics, HSE, soil & sediments, resources & waste, groundwater, and LCA.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To lead and role model according to COWI's leadership values,
- Provide sparring and performance management for technical directors and Heads of Disciplines in your area,
- Ensuring optimal resource management in your department and with other executing units and our distributed work centres,
- Ensuring employee engagement and encouraging a high-performance, diverse and inclusive culture,
- Responsible for solving technical challenges within your specialist area support solving technical challenges in other areas.

- Have extensive experience in translating strategy into goals and operational plans,
- Solid leadership experience with a focus on leading leaders as well as professionals,
- Experience working within the environmental area
- In-depth knowledge on procedures and process in environmental consultancy
- Experience within the field of contaminated soil
