Senior Director, HR core deliveries, for Demant

You ensure HR support to all parts of Demant
As Senior Director for the Core Deliveries function, you will be a pivotal part of the Danish HR management team and the direct manager of 9 people (In DK & PL) who focus on the following areas:
• Employer Branding and Talent acquisition
• Compensation & Benefits
• Management of external Pay roll vendor
• Guidance and support on employ relations matters
• Delivery of various HR administration services
• Global delivery of a mobility policy and guidance on specific mobility cases
You lead and work in close coordination with senior management at the Danish sites as well as the HR Business Partner community to ensure relevant, timely and cost-efficient delivery of core HR services.
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring relevant harmonization of HR processes that have been decided to be global processes. An example of such a process is the global mobility process for which the position holder has full global responsibility.
The global scope of HR processes will be decided in the Global HR and Sustainability Board and the allocation of global responsibility for specific processes is then determined in the global HR leadership team in which this position has a seat.
You will have full responsibility for the continuous optimization and alignment to business needs of core HR deliveries to Danish sites in Copenhagen. Finally, you will play a key role in contributing to a culture of Inclusion and Equity in Demant by ensuring that policies, processes and services contribute to our DE&I ambition. This way your contribution will play a pivotal role in the continual development of our Demant workplace and culture.

You have a flexible, collaborative leadership style that enables teamwork across a matrixed structure, as well as sound commercial understanding and business acumen.
You are a candid communicator and a collaborative person who masters stakeholder management in a complex matrix-organisation – diligently navigating multiple interests from various business area agendas to regional/country agendas.
The breadth and impact of this role requires a strategic sense, balanced by the energy to be hands-on, to optimize processes, drive a global community and implement relevant policies and practices.
