Do you want to help ensuring that the most innovative and life-changing hearing instruments are launched all over the world? Do you want to work in an international and highly dynamic organization where opinions count, and employee engagement is high? Then you could be our new Project Director/Senior Project Manager in the Commercial Release Management team for Hearing Instruments at Demant. The team is part of Global Marketing and ensures and facilitates new innovative product launches to empower our hearing aid brands globally.
Understand the business and prioritise
Your role is to ensure and prioritize that the solutions we bring to market match the market needs and the brand portfolio strategies. You will work on maturing solutions and features in given projects and drive the maturity, decisions and deliveries needed for a commercial success.
You get your knowledge by close collaboration with team members, brands, portfolio team, R&D colleagues, customers, users, and your own experience. This means you have many stakeholders and sources of information that contributes to you collected knowledge.
Your key tasks are:
You should expect approx. 10 days of travel yearly.

You will become part of a diverse team with an array of competences all focused towards bringing new, successful solutions to markets. We are a team of 8 awesome individuals, and we are sharing office and fellowship with a similar team for apps, software and connectivity and Product Data Specialists. Overall, we are a part of Global Marketing with more than 175 colleagues, where you will work in a matrix set-up across the entire product and campaign development value chain. We are in the heart of the organization with full exposure to almost all functions and with a possibility to build a strong network.

- Own and drive the product-to-market process:
- Product launches with required mandatory materials
- Product input for brand campaign teams and training teams
- Product Value Propositions and commercial strongholds (targets) Commercial product planning and prioritizations and go-to-market coordination with brands, private labels/strategic accounts and Int. Sales
- Updated sales forecasts in business cases
- Ensure priorities are linked to the organizational strategy and global commercial requirements
- Performing matrix leadership to ensure all deliveries within your field are performed and matured to the given project and marketing milestone
- Inspire and motivate development teams to always have ease of doing business for customers and users experience in mind
- Take the lead and ownership of understanding and analyzing the commercial needs across all brand
