About the role
We are looking for a Strategy Partner to support the Corporate Vice President of our largest engineering area, driving annual strategy processes, facilitating strategic projects, and providing ad-hoc support and sparring on management activities for to succeed in a historically busy and important period, as we execute some of the world’s largest and most advanced pharma engineering projects.
You will be centrally anchored in the Strategy & Communications team, together with seven dedicated colleagues and headed by the Executive Assistant to our CEO, to benefit from aligned strategy processes and sparring, while your daily work and presence will primarily be together with the Vice President and her management teams.

As our new Strategy Partner, you will support our Corporate Vice President in:
- Driving the annual processes of strategy activities and reporting
- Facilitating or leading internal strategic projects, business cases, analysis work and the like
- Preparing and facilitating workshops and events
- Preparing strategy material, meeting material, and providing input to content for town hall meetings and the like
- Driving leadership communication on strategy, management decisions and the like

- A relevant academic education (e.g., a master's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or the like)
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position like management consultant, strategy and/or business support to senior management
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency working with the Microsoft Office package incl. SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
