How to contribute to our vision
As our new Global Facility Support Specialist you will work close together with a 5-person team that design process equipment for our factories worldwide. The equipment is paint cabins, industrial ovens, technical supplies (electricity, water, air, humidification etc.), ventilation, high vacuum systems and cranes.
Together with your new colleagues, you will drive the project from start to end, including design, supervision of installation and final take-over and in cooperation with our Procurement department, you will find suitable suppliers and participate in the technical negotiation.
Your 3 main areas of responsibility will be:
In general, you can expect 50-60 travel days per year, however you can expect periods with heavy travel activity, eg. In connection with erection of a new factory.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
Experience is the most important “skill” in this position, but we value a solid technical background.
We expect that you can document minimum 5 years’ experience in design and management of similar products and projects.
The ideal candidate has excellent cooperation and communication skills and can communicate on all levels in the organization, as you will be working together with both Real Estate departments, building designers, procurement departments, project managers, maintenance departments and operators.
You are used to work with multiple projects at the same time and have a structured and systematic approach.
