WHAT IS COCKS & COWS?
With restaurants in the Airport, Tivoli, Gammel Strand, Hotel SP34, Lyngby and many other places we have, since opening the first one in 2010, established ourselves as one of Denmarks leading Burger Brands. The majority of our units are large in size including both main room, outside areas and private dining. We strive to give our guest an extraordinary experience and beside the obvious of a good meal and great drinks, we have in most units, included a third layer of social gaming. Combine your’ going out experience with the fun of Karaoke, Shuffleboard, Minigolf or other great group experiences.
Your job will be to secure quality in everything we do and to develop the COCKS & COWS experience described above.
EXPECTATIONS:
You capable of participating in developing the company strategy and drive initiatives. As the Line Director you steer the strategy with your team by delivering on structure, planning and leadership, and you understand the importance of follow-up to secure direction and quality.
Your most important task is to develop your key employees to create ownership and to secure quality.

As a Line Director for COCKS & COWS you are excellent at:
- Steering and supporting the Unit Managers in leading their teams
- Budgeting and forecasting incl. daily follow up on performance.
- Drive sales by creating events and campaigns with your Marketing Manager and Units Managers by driving initiatives and steering and executing on the annual wheel
- Securing quality in recruiting, onboarding and training
- Financial- and operational reporting to CFO and CEO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full responsibility for the operations and the strategy of COCKS & COWS
- Securing the COCKS & COWS brand with partners. Potential external franchise holders and Camping (internal)
- Participate in creating- and securing annual budgets.
- Marketing and marketing budget
- Cost control
- Approving of invoices & salary
- Budgeting events, investments, campaigns
- Optimize processes and implement new procedures
- Development of managers & floor staff
