Your new role
In this home-based position, you will be responsible for the region’s business plan in your assigned geographical territory, covering the Nordic countries, Baltics and EE.
As Business Unit Manger you will be in charge for identifying new business opportunities through working with existing distributors while opening new markets. You will develop close relationships with key customers, business managers and decision makers in each market.
You will also provide regular sales training and support to all VetPlus distributors, participate at key international veterinary shows and congresses. It is expected you coordinate and implement technical and marketing activities while ensuring efficient management reporting.
The role will require international travel and you can expect to be overseas up to 70% of the working calendar.
What you’ll need to succeed
You are educated to a degree level, either in a science, marketing or business-related subject.
You have at least 4 years of work experience in sales and/or account management, more specifically you have worked with distribution channel from a relevant industry.
You will need to have clear understanding of VetPlus Sales Strategy and quickly be able to adapt to the working environment.
It is also important you bring a high degree of self-motivation and possess a drive for achieving great results.
You must demonstrate a talent in influencing people and developing business with an international outlook, cultural sensitivity and high ethical values.
You know how to work independently and self-sufficiently.
You are fluent in English AND at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
