Your mission...
As Business Unit Manager you will contribute to the Consumer Products Division Business vision by sharing channel perspective, risks and opportunities. You will build the action plan to implement the Division’s commercial and brand strategy in food and discounter stores in Denmark, ensuring excellence in our go to market to reach our market share target. You are responsible for accurate forecasts and the P&L for the channel. You will be managing a dedicated and talented team. The role reports to the Nordics Channel Sales Director of the Consumer Products Division.

Manage, coach and develop your team and lead multifunctional teamwork between your team and other departments Build and achieve the channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share and commercial margin (both on- and offline) Monitor a retailer-centric account planning process to design a retailer specific business plan where our brands win market shares and ensure a best-in-class instore execution Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans Create bold plans going all in for incremental opportunities Look for continuous improvements and challenge the status quo Your profile...
You have 4-5 years’ experience from a similar role (Preferably from the FMCG industry) You have the ability to build connections and a network in a matrix organization in order to maximize resources for your clients and projects You have a strategic vision and have the courage to challenge the status quo You are passionate about consumer insights and how to translate them into business opportunities always with a customer centric mindset leading the future of beauty in the Danish retail environment You are a strong leader and communicator, and you know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience You are a proven self-starter with an operative mind-set. You execute and deliver on your strategy and account plans. You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results You are fact based, analytical and have complex problem-solving skills You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment You are strong negotiator, experienced within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and thrive in building long term sustainable business models We are looking for the Business Unit Manager Food to start as soon as possible .
