We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to our site in Rødbyhavn.

Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist work preparation team with the site layouts in the area of earthworks / road / drainage & utilities.
- Review of detail program from building department, CW and Plant when earthworks / road / drainage & utilities are involved.
- Collaboration with building department, CW and Plant to prepare the method of works and the scope of earthworks / road / drainage & utilities.
- Prepare method of works where coordination is needed between earthworks / road / drainage & utilities.
Other responsibilities:
- Prepare and update the milestones related to earthworks / road / drainage & utilities in the factory hall area and share it with managers.
- Ensure the 3 weeks look ahead program from the building department, CW and Plant are aligned with the 3 weeks look ahead program prepared by earthworks / road / drainage & utilities.
- Follow the progress on a weekly basis and anticipate mitigation measures.
- Participate to the 3 weeks look ahead meeting on a weekly basis and report for the factory hall area.
- HS&WE: Participation to the fortnightly safety site visit. Follow-up of action plans.
- Environment: Control that environmental protection measures are correctly implemented.
- Quality: Ensure that the quality process is considered in the sequence of work.
Key skills:
- Strong experience in earthworks and drainage as a site manager – preferably 15 years or more.
- Good knowledge in written and verbal English since the company language is English.
- Organisational skills with the ability to work within a team.
- Self-motivating, good time management, ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
