Danimex Communication A/S is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Technical Manager.
With reference to our Chief Operating Officer, you will be the head of our multi-cultural, multi-lingual Technical Department with an experience second to none in the industry.
Your responsibilities will be planning and coordination of our in-house pre-sales support, aftersales support to our partners and their end customers, as well as technical support and service to the entire Danimex group.

We offer a highly independent and responsible position where you as part of our group of leaders and our strategy group will be part of defining the way forward not only for your own department but also for the company and the Danimex group.
You will be part of a professional team in a company with visions and an ambitious growth strategy.
You may expect travel activities of approximately 30 – 40 days a year.
Workplace:
Sønderborg, Denmark. We expect that you are settled in/will move to the Sønderborg region within a reasonable time.

- Planning and coordination of the daily work in the technical department.
- Internal coordination with sales departments, logistic department, and Finance department.
- Coordinate support to our subsidiaries.
- As part of our group of leaders contribute to ongoing development of Danimex’ strategy and our business development activities.
Professional qualifications:
- Experience in managing a team, preferably a team of highly skilled specialists.
- Preferably experience from a similar position within the two-way radio industry.
- Good communication skills on all levels in English and preferably also Danish and French
- Communication with different cultures
Personal qualifications:
- Energetic, dynamic and innovative
- Goal-oriented and having a high level of achievement
- Sturdy leader style and in possession of a natural authority
- Motivating and empathic behaviour
