ApS is seeking a committed Maintenance Supervisor for our site near Copenhagen Airport. As part of our dynamic and modern logistics company, we work daily to deliver efficient and reliable solutions to our customers. In this role, you will report directly to the company’s director and work five night shifts per week (37 hours). If you are a leader who enjoys hands on maintenance tasks, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
YOUR ROLE WITH US As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be actively involved in maintenance work, ensuring tasks are completed according to current guidelines and procedures. Leveraging your strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities, you will foster team development and create a safe work environment focused on employee well being and growth. Your ability to stay organized and plan effectively is key to maintaining stable daily operations and implementing contingency plans for critical processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS We are looking for an experienced and committed Fleet Manager with technical and leadership skills to oversee our fleet of over 90 vans/trucks. Your responsibilities include ensuring optimal operation, high standard maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
