Are you passionate about Facility Management (FM) & customer service? Then we have an exciting job opportunity for you. NNE is looking for a service-minded and structured Administrative Assistant to join our Facility Management department.</font

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Facility Management is responsible for managing NNE’s buildings, technical installations, cleaning services, canteens, reception, and in general all in-house facility services in cooperation with our approved subcontractors.

We offer you the opportunity to work in the leading pharma engineering company in Denmark where you will be challenged professionally and even more importantly you will have dynamic interaction with all our great colleagues and suppliers every day.

You will be part of a dedicated team that provides Facility Management services for NNE sites in the Danish organization – mainly in Virum and Kalundborg. Your primary workplace will be at our Headquarter located in Virum.

We offer a full-time contract and the expected working hours in the Facility Management office is from 7.30 to 15.30. Extended office hours can occur, so flexibility is expected.

Your main tasks & responsibilities
- Daily operation within own area of responsibilities e.g. reception, company cars, space management, etc.
- Supplier handling including invoice review, contract & agreement negotiation, budget administration & optimization etc.
- Procurement of materials and services.
- FM assignments at NNE Kalundborg 2-4 days a month.
- Ad hoc tasks in FM e.g. customer service, material delivery handling, meeting room setup etc.
- Ensuring a safe office environment that fosters innovation and sustainability.
- Participate in process optimization in general for business development in FM. Example 2: You ensure high quality and validation services

Required Qualifications: You are helpful and a positive team player that takes pride in delivering high level service. You have a structured approach in managing tasks enabling you to work independent and complete assigned tasks with limited guidance.

Facility Management is responsible for NNE’s daily workplace operations and you therefore understand the necessity of following procedures and having an eye for practical details.

You thrive in a busy environment with high internal activity and are motivated by solving problems in-house.

Experience, within following areas, is preferred:
- Facility Management.
- Supplier contact (Procurement and contract negotiation).
- Innovative thinking, creative problem solving and identifying areas of improvement.
- Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
- Technical skills.

You live in Denmark and are fluent in written and verbal Danish & English. The job requires a valid DK driver’s license B and a valid Danish work permit.
