Are you looking to join a growth journey in an international environment? Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a candidate who will help develop our brand-new finance function. The company is looking for someone who is passionate about giving our colleagues the best support, and who possesses a positive and proactive approach to their work.

We are offering an exciting and challenging position with good opportunities for professional and personal development in the role. As a Finance Assistant, you will receive a wide range of contacts both internally and externally. You will become part of a fast-growing company and part of a finance function with the reference to the Finance Director.

Key responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management, including collection activities, customer correspondence etc.
  • Accounts Payable Management, including payments, reconciliations and supplier correspondence.
  • Payroll
  • Bookkeeping and documentations.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Month-end processes.
  • Assisting in yearly audit and any related tasks.
  • Ad-Hoc

Job requirements

You have a degree in accounting, followed by 3-5 years of experience with relevant professional tasks in accounting and finance, preferably from an international company. You know all about debit / credit and have a good understanding of accounting. You have experience with one or more ERP systems; NAV or BC 365 will be an advantage. You are a daily user in Excel. You communicate in both spoken and written Danish and English. You are service minded, and a team player. You work in a structured and independent way, but also enjoy being part of a team.
