Primary responsibilities


In the position of Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance tasks of the electrolysers electrical (HV) design after handover from R&D. Specifically in regards to serviceability, cost, producibility, and quality which is the top priority. Furthermore, you are in charge of ensuring a high degree of quality and internal and external customer focus.

Your key responsibilities will cover:

  • Continuous improvements and optimisation – cost, performance, and quality - of the electrolyser electrical design in compliance with already defined design requirements.
  • Support for sourcing activities.
  • Support for production technology activities.
  • Support for service and aftermarket optimisations.
  • Ensure full compliance of the documentation to relevant norms and standards.
  • P&ID, risk assessments, tests, and CE marking.

You will have responsibility for Creating good internal relations with all relevant Stakeholders. Ensure high focus on continuous development of personal competencies, and knowledge sharing with your R&D colleagues.

Furthermore, you will Support that the customer/service order backlog is executed as planned and meets the safety, quality, time, and cost targets.

Your qualifications and motivations


To succeed in this role, you have +3 years of experience, preferably with experience from a similar industry, and a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical (HV) engineering. It is mandatory for you to speak and write in English fluently/on a professional level. Danish competencies are a plus, but not a requirement.

In addition, you need the different IT skills of MS Office applications, PC Schematic, PC Cabledim, E-drawing, PDM (SolidWorks), JIRA, and SAP.

You have a practical view with sight for continuous improvement. Takes on issues and is practical in problem-solving and risk analysis.

As a person, you are self-driven and passionate about the work. You have great collaborative skills and is a strong team player. It is important that you can work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and ambitious company strategies.
