Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Mobile Repair Technician / Telecommunications Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Masterful Screen Repairs: We need your expertise to repair and replace screens for a wide range of brands, including iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and Apple Watch. If you can handle these delicate devices with finesse, you're the one we're looking for.
- Maintain Accurate Repair Records: Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer information for future reference.
- Conduct Quality Control Checks: Ensure that all repairs meet our high-quality standards, and perform thorough quality control checks before returning devices to customers.
- OLED Screen Wizardry: Can you tackle OLED screen issues with confidence? We need your skills to troubleshoot and fix OLED screen lines, ensuring that our customers' devices are in perfect working order.
- Flex Cable Replacement: Proficiency in replacing flex cables for OLED and AMOLED screens is a must. Your attention to detail and precision will make all the difference in maintaining device functionality.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while providing top-notch service.
- Cool Under Pressure: We work in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to stay calm under pressure is crucial. Whether it's a rush of repairs or a challenging technical problem, you handle it with ease.
- Diagnose and Repair Hardware and Software Issues: Identify and resolve a variety of hardware and software problems in mobile devices and telecommunications equipment.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest developments in mobile technology and telecommunications to provide the best service possible.
- Freeze Machine Maestro: Our state-of-the-art freeze machine operates at -192 degrees, and we need someone who can harness its power. If you're skilled in using this cutting-edge technology to repair devices, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Technical Education: A technical education in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields is required.
- Certification: Possession of relevant certifications such as Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), CompTIA Mobile Device Repair Technician, or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of [insert number of years] years of experience in mobile repair and telecommunications technology is required.
- In-Depth Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing both hardware and software issues on various mobile and telecommunications devices.
