We are undergoing rapid development, and therefore seek two Robot Application Engineers. You will enter into a new position reporting to our Application Manager, and you will be part of one of two regional teams of US + Eastern EU or EU and APAC. You will be part of our newly established application team, which supports our distributors and global accounts all over the world with the application interfaces.
Your tasks will include:
Professional and technical development of your skills
You take pleasure in working with cutting edge technology within mobile robotics. You are motivated to provide the highest level of support to our customers and service them on a professional level. You will have the opportunity to challenge your ability in building relationships and trust with our distributors and end users. You will be focused and structured within your technical skills. An important skill is to document the findings.
The successful candidate
Professional competencies
You may have experience in robotics and/or production industry/department. Our candidate could have knowledge from PLC control, programming, and understanding "Linux/networking" especially Wi-Fi knowledge would be valuable. Language-wise, you should be able to speak and write Danish and English.
Personal competencies
As we work with a global scope and grow our distribution network throughout the world, it is essential that you possess and show cultural understanding, empathy and responsiveness. You are outgoing and thrive in an international environment. You work independently, are full of initiatives and have a great drive. Your work is based on a sense of responsibility and ownership. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm, and you possess key skills such as structure and self-motivation.
You should expect extensive travel activity.

- Deploying the applications at the customer site
- When not being engaged in tasks with the application team, you will gain customer knowledge from helping the lead in 3rd level investigation tickets
- Provide the highest level of application support to our major projects
- Daily support for troubleshooting both on hardware and software related projects around the world
