For Danfoss Real Estate we are looking for a senior electrical engineer to join their global team. The team main responsibility is to advice, concept creation, plan and execute/manage various projects in Danfoss properties. The main area of responsibility for the new senior electrical engineer will be the electrical deliveries – however you should expect a lot of cross-functional cooperation.

In your everyday work, you will be the communicator between external and internal stakeholders.
You will have to combine your technical knowledge of electrical installation with your communication skills. In all your projects you will act as facilitator and must ensure good cooperation with the manufacturing organization by positively challenging solutions in new construction projects and renovation projects, where the electrical/technical installations must be adapted to various manufacturing activities.

- Scope new building projects and align with local/external contractors
- Develop technical infrastructure solutions (i.e., Electrical, Process, etc.), with focus on functionality as well as Company´s Environmental Targets
- Follow up on project process and report to key stakeholders
- Close cooperation with procurement to ensure optimized cost levels
- Incorporate key learnings and contribute to global technical standards for technical installations
The candidate

Furthermore, we see the right candidate as someone who:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in scoping building projects (electrical focus)
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or higher within Electrical Engineering
- It would be an advantage if you have experience as a consultant
- You have experience in scoping electrical installations in production buildings
- As this is a global position you need to be fluent in English
You will need to be able to work at Danfoss’ location in Nordborg 2-3 days a week. You should expect 20-50 travel days a year.
