LetMeRepair - Nordic-based service and repair experts! The company was founded in 2007 in Uppsala and is located on Hållnäsgatan, Librobäck. As of March 2020, we will be expanding our business to Denmark, with an office in Taastrup.
LetMeRepair is the authorized partner of several well-known brands such as Neato, Marshall, BenQ, Hitachi, Zyxel, Sharp, Philips, Panasonic and Worx. We manage warranty service throughout Scandinavia. The company is a member of the LetMeRepair Group, the HQ of which is in Germany. We have access to great competence and know-how to perform repairs in the best way imaginable for multiple types of electronics.
In Europe, LetMeRepair cooperates with leading brands such as Philips, beko, Epson, Grundig, Krups, Nintendo, Samsung and Vestel.
We are looking for new employees who possess a positive attitude, put great focus on the customer and are service-minded. For us the entirety of the team is important and hence it is a requirement that you share our way of thinking and can be flexible in your everyday life, so that we can help each other when needed. Due to the communication of our trade being in English both internally and externally, it is important that you are able to read, write and speak in simple English without issue, and speaking Danish is a requirement.
LetMeRepair has 850 employees, 30 of whom conduct their labour in Sweden and Denmark, and perform thousands of repairs each and every month!

Tasks
You will be working at one of our production lines, where we repair high-technology equipment such as robotic land mowers and vacuum cleaners, loudspeakers, projectors, TV’s etc. These are within-warranty devices from a large number of manufacturers, for instance Worx, Philips, Neato, Sharp, Marshall, BenQ and Panasonic, to name a few. In our work we apply mentorships and aim to broaden the knowledge of our employees.
Your tasks could, amongst others, encompass:

We want you to have a meticulous personality and well-structured way of working, possess an analytical mind, sense of responsibility, be innovative and accustomed to working independently.
You should be able to cooperate with others and take initiative. You should know Danish and English well, in text as well as orally, and be used to working with computers as all documentation will be recorded in English.

- Diagnosing/trouble shooting
- Assembly/ disassembly
- Running final tests for the units
