We’re looking for a Manager to our Instrumentation department in Virum/Kalundborg. Here, we have 35 committed engineers for you to guide, building the world’s largest pharmaceutical facilities. Your team are specialized within electrical engineering, specification, tender preparation, supervision and test of process equipment and components. In this position you’ll bring your solid knowledge within instrumentations into play, every day. And you take pride in supporting the team while keeping focus on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.

How you might spend your days
As a manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:
- Daily management of appr. 35 employees
- Balance capacity in relation to project demand
- Support the good collaboration with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Work in close partnership with the Management Team in Mechanical, Process Electrical, Validation & HSE
- Support the competence development of the department to reflect market and technology development

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within electrical, Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Service Engineering or similar, i.e., Automation, Marine Engineer, Maskinmester.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in people management e.g., as team leader, line manager or project manager
- Proven experience within a pharmaceutical, food or engineering consultancy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP)
