If you would like to join an international team that plays a key role in the design and validation of customized solutions and collaborates in the root cause analysis of on-site issues, we encourage you to apply for this open position.

How to contribute to our vision

As a member of our Electrical Design Team you will provide technical support to SGRE platforms. You will be handling and solving mayor and minor electrical cases and will participate in new electrical designs or projects that may arise on the assigned platform - mainly in the LV side.

You will have to lead the case solving process reporting to the required stakeholders, giving the technical assessment and elaborating the needed documentation and statements.

In this process you will have to collaborate with colleagues of other disciplines in the root cause analysis, you will have to define the monitoring campaigns, the trial tests, you will establish the preventive and corrective actions as well as propose and elaborate the solution concept.

Some of your tasks will be to perform the design, validation and implementation of electrical modifications to be introduced in serial production or retrofits and take part in the definition of the working instructions in the field and in the manufacturing plants.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

The ideal candidate has an education within electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience within electrical systems. It is a requirement that you have experience in the definition of LV electrical systems, electrical cabinets design, engineering tasks and maintenance support.

It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of the wind sector and are familiarized with EMC and LPS as well as problem solving tools (8D methodology). Access to wind turbine will be required so GWO and safety specific training would also be nice to have.

It is key for this role that you are dynamic, autonomous, proactive, good at building relations and customer oriented (internal or external).

You will be part of an international team, so excellent English skills (both written and spoken) are required.

In return of your commitment we offer you…
