Lead responsibility and business development
As a Group Business Analytics Lead, your most important task will be to create scalable solutions for a growing business, and you will have to drive and develop the business as well as change processes. In addition, you will help advance the data-driven agenda of Unifeeder, and you will have the strategic responsibility of providing analytics to decision makers, standardizing and optimizing reporting, identifying challenges, and solving them using data. There will be about 5-10 travel days a year.

You will be creating tools aiding Unifeeder’s performance management, making sure the team functions and the goals are met effectively. You are successful in the role when you assist the Group FBP to run the department smoothly and transform it into a central part of the decision-making process in Unifeeder in terms of whether ideas are financially sound to initiate. Therefore, it is essential that you can lead projects and assist the team in terms of guiding them into the right projects and prioritizing correctly in relation to tasks, analyses, and reports.

A good communicator
You hold a cand.merc.fir., cand.polit., cand.merc.BI., cand.merc.FIB. or a corresponding master's degree with a mix of business and mathematics, statistics and economics and finance. More importantly, you are interested in data and have previous experience from a similar role in a large and complex organization. Additionally, you have leadership ambitions.

As a person, you are respectful, outgoing, and curious about Unifeeder’s business. You have strong communication skills, and you can make complex information understandable to everyone in the organization. You master English written and verbally at a professional level.

You are structured, willing to adapt and enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile work environment. You are enthusiastic about new challenges, and you have a great interest in data and analysis as well as experience in Power BI and SQL.
