The Finance Business Partner will drive financial performance for the platform area by providing leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies.

The right person for this role will demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, financial aptitude, customer oriented, business intuition, ability to manage day-to-day financials details and the capacity to work at multiple levels, including partnering with all levels of management, including Technology staff, HR and Legal.

You will:

• Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the platform portfolio area
• Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision making
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management
• Own the initiative governance for the platform portfolio and drive risk and opportunities views when new investment are submitted for approval
• Product and process owner for capacity planning: end to end ownership of capacity planning improvement roadmap
• Manage the financial processes and workflow with the GSC in India
• Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to achieve better results; Follow standards and ensure compliance with policies

You have:

• 5-7+ years of finance experience
• Possesses strong business judgment and can frame issues in the context of the big picture
• Ability to analyse and present large amounts of in information in a manner that is clear, concise and actionable
• Is a self-starter that can manage projects without a lot of supervision
• Deals well with uncertainty, complexity and change
• Accountability, quality and efficiency are front of mind at all times
• Ready and willing to look across all processes for opportunities to streamline and improve
