Welcome to the Commercial Asset Management Team

We are looking for a German speaking Commercial Asset Manager to join our motivated team. The Commercial Asset Management Team is taking the front role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy assets from the commencement of operations. One of the teams´ main goals is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.

As our new Commercial Asset Manager, you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects in relation to the operation and asset management of the solar and wind assets in Germany and work in close collaboration with the rest of our German team. You will get the opportunity to assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term customer relationships.

Areas of responsibility:

· You will own the full commercial responsibility for your appointed assets in Germany

· Follow-up on budgets and cash flow forecasts, including deviation analysis and reporting

· Income and expense controlling for projects in operation

· Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)

· Build up a good trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, and landowners

· Compliance and reporting to authorities

Your profile:

· You have a commercial or financial educational background

· 3+ years of relevant working experience in a commercial or financial role

· You are fully proficient in German and have good English skills

· You work freely, creatively and thrive taking responsibility

· You have solid IT skills – especially Microsoft Excel

Location: The job can be carried out from our Headquarter in Søborg, Denmark (Copenhagen area) or from one of our German offices in either Hamburg or Teuchern.

We are flexible with respect to location but expect some travel activity between Denmark and Germany. If you are located in Germany, you should expect travel activities to HQ once a month.
