Technical Asset Manager - Wind / Solar, Poland

European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early project development to operation and/or divestment of the assets as well as PtX. We are more than 400 employees with 30 different nationalities, and since 2004 we have installed more than 100 renewable projects representing a total value of more than DKK 15 billion. Currently, we have a development pipeline exceeding 25 GW and operate globally with our head quarter located in Copenhagen and offices in Sweden, United Kingdom Romania, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Spain and more to come. You will be part of the Technical Asset Management Team, which has a leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. The team’s main objective is to optimize and manage assets in operation with a focus on cost minimalization and high availability.
As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maturing the internal processes of bringing new Polish wind assets into an operational state, the daily operation of the assets and managing day-to-day technical activities and reporting. To ensure success you will need to involve yourself in overall technical optimizations and stakeholder management at multiple levels. You will have a strong relationship with the Technical Asset Management team, that supports one another to ensure maximum performance.
The position is located at our Warsaw or Copenhagen office. It will be expected for visits every 6-8 weeks to the Head Quarter in Copenhagen, Denmark, insuring best practices and continuity in business, and regular visits to our Wind and/or Solar Projects in Poland.

Salary Level Poland: Up to 24000 PLN /Gross per month depending on experience

Areas of responsibilities
- Relationship management between investors and 3. part contractors, such as maintenance providers, technical experts, grid operators, electricity traders, power suppliers, TSO, etc.
- Determining technical troubleshooting of significant failures
- Reporting to investors or top management
- OPEX budget responsible for technical variations
- Data analysis and KPI management, towards technical performance optimizations
- Filing and managing all technical reporting and documentation
- Internal business case development and presentation of technical optimizations/corrections
- Collaboration with other departments (Commercial Management, Health and Safety, Legal, Grid Integration, Sustainability) to ensure compliance and optimize the operation of the assets
- Managing the handover from our engineering and construction department to our operational departments
Professional skills we expect from you
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering, sustainable energy, or similar
- You master English and Polish at a professional level
- German language skills is seen as an advantage
- Renewable industry experience is seen as an advantage
- Good communications skills and team spirit
- You have strong Microsoft office 365 and data analysis skills
