Execution leader with agile experience to [xxxxx] Asset Management

We are looking for an execution leader with experience in agile coaching to help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing an agile understanding.

You will coach and guide our people to be part of a value stream (agile team) and investigate the best solutions for their specific challenges. You will analyse the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner by using value streams.

About this opportunity

Project Office is a team within Operations & Technology in Nordea Asset Management.

We are a Project Management Office (PMO) with three different services – we are responsible for keeping the strategic development portfolio on track including servicing our prioritization board. We manage larger development initiatives, and we are focusing on establishing and implementing a change initiative; New Ways of Working – implementing agile project management.
