About this opportunity
Welcome to the Debt Solutions & Loans team. The team consist of five professionals in Denmark (approx. 25 in the Nordics), responsible for arranging, structuring and executing a variety of debt transactions for some of the largest listed companies in Denmark, including corporate acquisition financing (M&A), bond issuance, rating- and capital structure advisory as well as other structured debt transactions.
You will be exposed to the most interesting and high-profile debt transactions in the region and having fun at the same time. Another area where we spend significant time advising clients is on how to integrate ESG into their financing.
Supported by senior colleagues, you will be doing:
• Financial & credit rating analysis and modelling in MS Excel,
• Preparation of pitch material in MS Powerpoint,
• Variety of ad-hoc analysis in order to both source and execute new business opportunities,
• Supporting various parts of the internal decision-making process.

The role is based at our headquarter (Metro) in Copenhagen and the work consist of 20 hours per week.

Your experience and background:
• You are goal oriented with a strong drive, allowing you to work independently and on multiple challenging and fun assignments, whilst still maintaining a high degree of quality-consciousness,
• You are probably in the 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor’s studies and expect to have approximately two to three years left to Master’s graduation,
• Your fields of interest include economics and finance,
• We expect you to be amongst the high performing students, but we also focus on the off campus experience you have gained,
• Fluent in Danish or other Scandinavian language and in English.
