About this opportunity

Welcome to the Credit Control, Corporates & Institutions team in Group Credit Risk Control, which is part of Group Risk (2nd Line of Defence). We add value by performing independent credit risk control of the quality of the credit processes applied by Business Banking and Large Corporates & Institutions and their compliance with the credit risk framework.
A significant part of our work is to participate in the decision-making process in credit committees and other decision tracks. The control findings are reported to the business stakeholders to improve the quality of credit decisions and processes. As Senior Risk Expert, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting the good quality of Nordea’s credit portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll join a Nordic unit with approx. 20 credit control professionals who actively take ownership over their assigned tasks and execute on them. We work as a team that makes the assessments in a transparent way, always based on facts. The role is based in Copenhagen.
