Business Analyst for process optimization

The job

On behalf of Nets, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support an exciting project centered around the transformation and standardization of the internal processes in the Call-center departments in 2023. You will participate in implementing the COPC standard across 6 departments and will be responsible for delivering and analyzing data in connection with this project.

Amongst other things, your primary tasks will consist of:

• Document processes according to standards, and organize documentation for each department
• Uncover and describe work content, processes, stakeholders, outcome etc. of team managers and employees.
• Align processes and get feedback from stakeholders

The position is full time, and has an estimated span of six months with possibility for extension.

Your profile

Your educational background is not essential, however, we imagine that you hold a bachelor or master’s degree within business analysis. Experience within COPC, Supply chain, operations or LEAN-Management is beneficial, but not required. Most importantly, you are passionate about utilizing your analytical abilities, and you see yourself in a position, where working processes are essential.

Furthermore, it is essential that you:

• Have experience with analyzing, understanding, and documenting processes
• Are data driven
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment, with many points of contact

Furthermore, it is important that you can communicate in English and Danish written and spoken.
