Assistant for our Polish Commercial Asset Management team

The team

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Assistant to join our professional Asset Management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of renewable energy projects for external investors as well as our own portfolio of wind and solar parks.

As our new Assistant you will be part of the Commercial Asset Management team and you will assist with the asset management of the solar and wind assets in Poland. You will work closely with the two other Asset Managers in Poland and the rest of our team globally and get the opportunity to assist in the further development of our asset management function.

Together with the team you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects concerning asset management of the projects. You will assist and learn from our Commercial Asset Manager and be able to provide the team with new ideas as well. One of the team’s main goals is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.

Responsibilities

  • You will have full commercial responsibility for a few solar PV and wind assets in Poland
  • You will assist the Commercial Asset Management team with a variety of administrative and ad-hoc tasks, including handling documents and data, as well as inquiries to business partners and small research tasks
  • You will contribute to a trustful relationship and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team
  • You will assist with handling income and expense controlling for projects in operation
  • You be will responsible to follow-up on financial budgets, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts
  • You will support in contract negotiations and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
  • You will bring ideas for commercial and financial optimization
  • You will assist in our investor and bank reporting

Profile

  • You have a master's degree or similar within Finance or Economy
  • You have 1-2 years of working experience from the energy sector, preferably within renewables
  • You have a solid financial understanding
  • You are a superuser in Excel and Power Point
  • You have full professional proficiency in Polish and English, oral and written

You are curious and have a commercial mindset, and you use this to bring in ideas to the team and internal stakeholders.
