Your new team
You will be part of the Technical Asset Management Team, which has a leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. The team’s main objective is to optimize and manage assets in operation with a focus on cost minimalization and high availability.
In Poland, you will work closely with our colleague Marcin, and two colleagues from Commercial Asset Management. Further, you will be part of a close collaboration with your seven colleagues in Headquarters, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and two colleagues in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include
As an Associate Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the daily technical operation of the assets, as well as managing day-to-day technical activities, stakeholders and reporting.
We imagine you have the following competencies
As a person, you have a sense of autonomy and take ownership of your tasks, so you can manage your assets without approvals or guiding processes. You have good communication skills and will use this to collaborate as well as negotiate with external stakeholders on the phone as well as in person.
Further, we highly value a strong relationship in our department and we appreciate your contribution to this too.
Location and travel
Preferably the position is located at our new office in Gdynia, Poland, but may also be located in our Warsaw office. Regular visits to the Head Quarter in Copenhagen, Denmark are expected approximately every 6-8 weeks, ensuring best practices and continuity in business with the colleagues here. Further, you must also expect regular visits to our Wind and Solar Projects in Poland.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include
As an Associate Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the daily technical operation of the assets, as well as managing day-to-day technical activities, stakeholders and reporting.
- You will ensure solid stakeholder management between investors and third-party contractors, such as maintenance providers, technical experts, grid operators, electricity traders, power suppliers, TSO, authorities, etc.
- You will support KPI management and technical performance optimizations.
- You will manage technical troubleshooting of significant failures.
- You will collaborate with other departments internally such as Commercial Asset Management, Health and Safety, Legal, Grid Integration, and Sustainability to ensure compliance and optimize the operation of the assets.
We imagine you have the following competencies
- You hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental or Civil Engineering, or similar
- Entry level are welcome
- You are fluent in Polish and are fully proficient in English
- You have an interest in the renewable energy industry in Poland
- You are a solid user of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- You have a driver’s license
