Your New Team

The overall Commercial Asset Management team consists of 20 colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania and Poland. The team´s primary responsibility is to provide commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets for external investors and European Energy´s IPP portfolio. You will work closely with 7 colleagues who are responsible for the Nordic countries, the Baltics, the United Kingdom, and Latin America.

Your New Role

As our new Commercial Asset Manager, you will handle commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets for external investors and our portfolio of wind parks, primarily in Sweden. You will assist in the further development of our asset management function and create long-term client relationships. You will experience an exciting everyday life with the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally.

Areas of Responsibilities

• You will have full commercial responsibility for wind assets you handle
• You will ensure sustainable and trustful relationships with investors, local partners, utilities, PPA partners, landowners, etc., and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team
• You will handle income and expense controlling for projects in operation
• You will follow up on financial budgets incl. deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts
• You will handle contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)

Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy
• You have relevant work experience, for example as an Asset Manager, Business Controller, Financial Controller, or similar
• You are skilled in MS Office
• You are fluent in Swedish and English

As a person, you are proactive, ambitious, collaborative, and result-oriented, and you are eager to develop yourself personally and professionally. You are curious and have a commercial mindset that you use to bring ideas to the team and internal stakeholders.
