Your new department

As our new Assistant, you will be part of the Lithuanian Commercial Asset Management team, where you will assist the team of Commercial Asset Managers concerning the asset management of the solar and wind assets in Lithuania. You will work closely with the rest of the team and get the opportunity to assist in the further development of our asset management function.

Together with the team you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects concerning the asset management of the projects. You will assist and learn from our Commercial Asset Managers, and be able to provide the team with new ideas as well. One of the team’s main goals is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.

The team consists of 4 people in total and works in close collaboration with the rest of the Vilnius office which is in total 17 people. You will also be collaborating with the Commercial Asset Management teams at HQ. The Vilnius office is located in the A class business center, is newly equipped and there is a pleasant working atmosphere.

Your new role:

Responsibilities: - The CAM assistane will be involved in following tasks:

• Commercial management of PV and wind assets in Lithuania
• Collaboration with internal (Finance, PPA and EPC) as well as external (land owners, O&M providers, balancing parties, etc) stakeholders
• Handling income and expense operations
• Assisting in preparing OPEX budgets and tracking performance
• Management of commercial obligations under signed agreements
• Contributing to preparing periodoc reports on financial performance

Your Profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or similar within Finance or Economy
• You have 1+ years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, you are newly graduated with relevant work experience from a student position.
• You have good financial literacy
• You have profound Excel and Microsoft MS skills
• You have full professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English

Salary Level Lithuania: 2300 – 3300 EUR gross per month depending on experience.
