Your new team
The team consists of 8 colleagues at the headquarters in Søborg, Copenhagen. We work closely with two colleagues from the German offices in Hamburg and Teuchern.
The team has the leading role in the commercial management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations which includes entering Trading and Power Supply Agreements and making budgets. One of the teams’ main goals is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.

As a German-speaking student assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling crucial data management and analysis. Your role will involve overseeing key details like land-lease payments and wind turbine data, creating presentations, and supporting both commercial and financial strategies. At European Energy, we value agility and innovation. You have the freedom to suggest and implement new workflows and modify procedures, making your contribution vital to our evolving environment.

A typical day
- You handle master data and develop and maintain models in Excel
- You are responsible for responsible for delivering an overview of land-lease payments, landowners, wind-turbine data, etc.
- You prepare internal and external reports as well as presentations in PowerPoint¨
- You assist with compliance reporting and support with administrative tasks related to Commercial Asset Management
- You manage the Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) accounts
- You support with commercial and financial analysis
Prerequisites to progress in the job
- You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree at the university level, or an equivalent institution, within economics, finance, or similar, or a technical background.
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel Experience working with databases and handling data flows.
- You are friendly, curious, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- You possess problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
