Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

Your tasks will include:

  • Screen both small and more complex high value contracts for contractual obligations and deadlines and extract the data into our Project Life Cycle (PLC) system including making necessary risk assessment.
  • Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines in the PLC system and send reminders to the responsible persons ensuring that all contractual obligations are met in close cooperation with the various departments.
  • Take part in and facilitate kickoff meetings with various internal stakeholders after a contract is signed or closed to divide responsibilities for fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and assist with development of reports in Microsoft PowerBI on contractual status to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse and control data in the PLC system and ensure governance through data clean up.
  • Ensure that all internal stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Review that all parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and that no obligations are outstanding.
  • Make contract assessment and register if there are any lessons learned for future contracting.
  • Take part in creating structure through new processes and automize existing processes
  • Map the contracts’ life cycle, end-to-end.

Ideally, you should identify with the following

You enjoy working in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and you are committed to delivering high quality while you keep and maintain the overview to meet necessary deadlines. You are a good communicator and work well with a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience with monitoring and managing contractual obligations.
  • You have an educational degree within law, Business Administration or similar.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English and understanding Danish is a plus
  • You are used to working with Microsoft 365, MS Office, and PDF-editing software frequently.
  • Experience with PowerBI and data modelling is a plus

With us you get

  • To be part of a rapidly growing company at the core of the green transition.
  • To influence how we work with management of contractual obligations going forward including setting up new processes and improving existing ones.
  • We make an effort to welcome you as our new colleague. We prepare individual onboarding plans and everyone is assigned a buddy.
  • We offer the opportunity to work remotely and have flexible working hours.
