Finance Group Financial Performance Service Finance Global and Commercial Performance

The department's main purpose is to ensure continuous financial performance focus through transparent reporting and value-focused recommendations for [xxxxx] senior management.
The department serves as a business partner between [xxxxx]' senior leadership and the business areas' Business Performance Management teams, thus you will be working with stakeholders across the full [xxxxx] value chain in the pursuit of continuous performance improvement and delivering on the Group's strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in further improvement and optimization of processes and procedures in Global Service Finance - focusing on backlog health and cost control
• Proactively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders in the 5 regions that [xxxxx] operate
• Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly reports and accompanying schedules and specifications
• Develop, implement, and measure performance KPIs
• Internal Controls (SOX)

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience within the area
• Proficiency in systems like MS Office Suite, SAP, BI, and Anaplan
