Development Lead, Markets Post Trade in Markets Technology

We are seeking a Development Lead for Markets Post Trade in Markets Technology to manage end-to-end trade processing, clearing/matching and collateral management. This position is key to ensuring seamless integration of post-trade systems, reducing operational risks, and maintaining robust regulatory compliance for all trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Development Lead your responsibilities will be:

• Steer a team responsible for trade processing, clearing, collateral management.
• Provide a high-quality engineering environment and develop our next generation post-trade architecture
• Ensure post-trade process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business, risk, and operations teams to align on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
We are looking for::

• Experience with post-trade operations in a financial institution.
• Understanding of clearing, matching, collateral, trade processing and compliance
• Understanding of programming in C#, Java, C++ or Python
• Demonstrated ability to steer teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience with agile delivery models
