Development Lead, Markets Front Office in Markets Technology

Join our dynamic Markets Technology team as the leader for Markets Front Office in the Markets Technology division, where you’ll have an important role in steering our e-Trading systems (FX, fixed income and equities) and supporting our strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for a leader who can develop collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders, ensure high standards in development, system integration and security, and ensure agile, effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Development Lead your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and mentor a team focused on front office trading solutions.
• Provide a high-quality engineering environment and develop our next generation e-trading architecture.
• Oversee development, integrations, and straight-through processing (STP).
• Ensure continuous improvement, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance trading systems.
• Coordinate with business teams to align on strategy, priorities, and compliance.

Qualifications:
We are looking for:

• Proven experience (+5 years) in leading teams within front office trading technology environments.
• Good understanding of e-Trading platforms and trading workflows.
• Proficient in C# (or Java) with REST API experience and familiarity with microservices.
• High SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps practices.
• Advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience with agile delivery models.
