Group Finance Power Solutions VSP Finance - TS, PM, DC
You will join Group VPS Finance, which is part of Vestas' Global Finance organisation. We are responsible for business partnering to the Vestas Power Solutions ensuring objective and transparent decision making by delivering excellent performance reporting, creating and following up on business cases and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
We drive performance culture by ensuring ambitious and realistic target setting and keeping stakeholders accountable for targets and ensuring root cause counter measures are implemented. We are structured in a Business Partner setup, where we are part of functional management teams across Power Solutions and has the responsibility for all financial support incl. department budget follow up, project controlling of Vestas' Turbine development projects as well as the responsibility for calculating product business cases and analysis of the commercial value created. This provides a unique opportunity to get exposure in many Business Performance Management disciplines as well as strategic support.

You will join Group VPS Finance, which is part of Vestas' Global Finance organisation. Responsibilities
- Support all responsibilities within the department - Budget follow up, Project Controlling and Commercial & Strategic analysis
- Project controller on own project portfolio
- Prepare and present financial analysis on the performance in Power Solutions
- Manage own projects within VPS Finance supporting the continuous development
- Contribute to the preparation of Product business cases ensuring the right products for the future Energy market
Qualifications
- Financial educational background combined with 2+ years’ experience in a role as financial analyst, business controller, financial controller or similar
- Experience in translating complex financial data into digestible reports supporting decision making
- Strong experience in communicating conclusions visual and in writing
- Super user in Excel and Power Point - experience in SAP, SAP BI suite is perceived a benefit, but no a prerequisite if you have great IT and system skills
Competencies
- An interest in working with complex analysis, but always keeping the business in mind
- A good general financial understanding and eager to learn about all financial aspects of Vestas' development organisation
- Thrive working in a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders at all corporate levels
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English, written and verbally
