Are you comfortable with juggling large amounts of data? And are you able to make data insights understandable and presentable, enabling the top-management layer to make determining business decisions? Then you could very well be our new Senior Performance Analyst!
The Hungry family is growing fast, and we are therefore now looking for our new Senior Performance Analyst. You will be leading the Logistics Performance team in the core of our business, where your work will have an essential effect on the overall output of our activities. To succeed with this role, our ideal candidate has a strong passion for getting things done, you question everything and are a strong team player.

Further, you are in possession of the following qualifications;

- Overall responsibility for logistical performance
- Owner of daily operations performance and service levels
- Product roll-outs and optimization of DH product usage
- General ad-hoc analysis and reporting for the logistics team
What you will (but not only) do
- Setting the groundwork enabling riders to perform well
- Staffing and forecasting
- Payment analysis and comp-model design
- Automation/analysis of Rider Performance/compliance management
Who are you? As a person, you are analytical, goal-oriented, in possession of a strong business-mindset and are very structured in your way of working.
Further, you are in possession of the following qualifications;
- You have a university degree within Business, Engineering, Finance or similar
- You have minimum 2-3 years of experience within business development, controlling, business analysis or similar
- Strong skills and experience within excel/Google sheets and powerpoint. Knowledge within Datastudio will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- You speak danish and are able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and in writing
- It will be considered an advantage if you have experience from a fast paced environment/scaleup/startup
